Use the CDS Business Portal to manage key tasks for the Queensland container refund scheme.
You can use the portal to:
Only users nominated by their organisation can access the portal.
If your organisation has nominated you as a portal user, you will receive a welcome email from Containers for Change Queensland.
Open the welcome email and select Sign in to activate your profile. You will then be asked to create a password.
Go to the CDS Business Portal and enter your username and password.
If you have access to more than one container refund scheme, select the Queensland scheme after signing in. You may not see the scheme selector if you only have access to one scheme.
If you have forgotten your password:
Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive.
