Container Exchange (COEX) contends that the Container Collection Agreements (Agreements) with U Can Recycle Pty Ltd have been terminated.
U Can Recycle Pty Ltd disputes that contention and has commenced proceedings against COEX on this basis, which are currently before the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Pending final resolution of that proceeding, the Supreme Court has made orders on an interlocutory basis restraining COEX from seeking to carry into effect those terminations.
U Can Recycle sites remain open and continue to operate while the Court’s interlocutory orders remain in effect.
