Reverse Vending Machines for commercial operators

The RVM hire program gives eligible commercial operators a way to expand their network footprint without the capital investment of purchasing a reverse vending machine (RVM) outright — which can cost between $35,000 and $250,000 or more.

COEX provides the RVM. You run the site and earn a handling fee for every eligible container processed. The program is currently available in South East Queensland only.

Eligibility:

• You are an existing operator who processed fewer than 30 million containers across all your sites in the previous financial year
• You are new to the scheme with an annual business turnover of less than $2.5 million
