Container Exchange (COEX) is proud to be recognised on the annual list of Inclusive Employers by Diversity Council Australia (DCA)’s two years in a row.
The recognition followed COEX’s participation in the DCA and Diversity Atlas run Inclusive Employer Index, an in-depth workplace survey that measures employee diversity and inclusion experiences.
To be recognised by DCA as an Inclusive Employer, organisations must exceed the National Index Benchmark across several key diversity and inclusion areas.
COEX CEO Natalie Roach said receiving the acknowledgement for the second consecutive year highlighted COEX’s commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and supported.
“Achieving Inclusive Employer status in 2025-26 recognises COEX’s ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture that drives a strong sense of community and belonging,” Ms Roach said.
DCA CEO Catherine Hunter congratulated this year’s Inclusive Employers for showing their commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces where employees in all their diversity can thrive.
“DCA’s Inclusive Employer Index shines a spotlight on employers who are creating meaningful change and inspiring others to follow their lead,” Ms Hunter said.
“At DCA, we know that when workplaces actively foster inclusion, employers are more engaged, innovative, and motivated.”
