In some cases, COEX may identify opportunities that are appropriate for the scheme and present those through an EOI process. If an applicant is successful, they proceed to contracting and mobilisation.

There are currently no expressions of interest open. Check again regularly for new sites or apply with your own site.
Applying no longer triggers an open tender process, so if you have found a site that you think fits, you retain the right to operate it providing COEX approves your application.
